Participants Held GCTC Hardware Departments After Training
Participants who have finished a three-day training have held the hardware department of Giddis Computer Training Center, GCTC for impacting them with some hardware basics as well as machine formatting.
The statement was made on October 13 in Yaounde during the end of training. Participants say the three-day training has helped them to know how they can solve some basic problems as far as computers are concerned.
Betrand Ntumfon Kumka told the media team of the training center that, “I am very happy to have been part of this training because I have gathered a lot of experience on how to handle my computer if there is a problem. Besides, I was also thought on how to format a machine.”
To Ngah espe Yiran, “It’s very strange to see a woman in the hardware section but I braved the odd and learned a lot of things. I want to thank the institution for organizing and giving us this opportunity to know what hardware is all about.”
During the training, participants acquired knowledge on hardware basics, troubleshooting problems in laptops and other machines, machine formatting, the concept of operating systems as well as practical sessions. Certificates were handed to the participants.
The program organized by GCTC felt under the objectives of Giddis Youth Technology Empowerment Center for Africa, GYTEC-Africa.
